Hi Rachel,<br><br>my midwife suggested an iced drink or ice cream to wake baby, if things went too quiet. They lie on your bladder so anything cold tends to wake them up, I'm just not sure if 20 weeks would be too early for this to work. It's certainly worth a try though, as I know myself how worrie...
