Thanks very much for replying, just got the result which is 5000, which i think is about 27 days after. The nurse told me this wasnt good and that it suggests its stopped. Hi, i tried to rein in any hopes each time to achieve a kind of limbo state, managed to survive 2BFNs then 2 BFPs followed by 2early mcs and then one glorious pregnancy and birth. My theory is do what you need to do to get through it wont effect the outcome and dont fret about other peoples feelings...

Hi, As far as I know alcohol has a negative effect on fertility but being relaxed can work wonders so i guess the answer is to cut back and try to find an altaernative way to reduce your stress levels.I tried acupuncture end exercise.
