Since you say that you have two embryos, I would advise you not to transfer both at the same time. You have to keep in mind that transferring both only increases the chances of having twins and not that of pregnancy. IVF with pre implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD)

I am 41, having adenomyosis, endometriosis and blocked left Fallopian tube. Shortly, I will be starting on my third IVF. This time it will be with PGD as my doctors have told me that in my age group it gives at least a 70% better chance of success in implantation. I am not sure about this technique....
