I had numbers in the triplet range for my last child, a singleton! So it is possible. I have two year old twins, so I understand being spooked about doing multiples again.
I delivered my twins vaginally. Twin A was head first. Twin B was presenting transverse.
After Baby A was born, the dr. went in, broke the water, and delivered Twin B as a footling breech extraction. I was very glad for the epidural at that point.
Tuesday June 6, at 3:00 am my water broke. However, no labour or contractions, so I woke Shawn up then told him to go back to sleep. We had a leisurely morning, and enjoyed breakfast with the girls. We then called Grandma, to look after the girls. We headed up to the hospital around 9 am. Still not ...
Holidays went well around here, but I just took things slowly and spaced things out. Still pregnant, and getting anxious to meet this little one. I'm uncomfy and cranky.... but no sign of labour yet.
Did lots of walking the other day, and thought maybe... but then it stopped totally when I laid ...
I did accu with IUI, but not at first. Got pg with my first IUI, lost the baby. Second IUI was a neg, third was cancelled. Fourth IUI I did the accu ~ think I started sometime just before the the third, but was well into it by fourth. Fourth IUI was twins! Didn't do the accu this time around, but ...
This is one of the most cruel things any woman can go through, but particularly one who has struggled to get pregnant in the first place. Even the terminology the dr's use is hurtful, I hated the term missed abortion, it felt like it implied the baby was not wanted. I've been there too, and there's ...
Happy holidays everyone! We all have the sweetest gifts already, so the rest is just bonus. Just think, shortly we'll be checking our little thread for all the birth announcements.
I've experienced this delivery. I presented Twin A, head down, Twin B transverse. Twin A delivered head first, four minutes later they extracted Twin B, feet first. I only had to push while they delivered the head. Her first apgar was a two, her second was an eight. So, a stressful delivery for her ...
Wow, Sameera! Good for you, great weights and sizes, and no NICU time! Fantastic job, mommy. Bet it feels nice to breath again!
Makes it seem real for us too, doesn't it Tin? We're not that far behind. I'm not sure what timing I'm supposed to have to arrive at the hospital, to tell you the truth ...
Sameera, what you are feeling is very normal for carrying twins. You're doing fantastic to hold on to this point! And there is a light at the end of the tunnel, with two babies to hold ~ how fantastic is that!
Don't be afraid to vent, especially to any of the twin mums, they will understand. Your ...
Still hanging in here. Hope this finds you all well.
Winter is hitting with a vengence here now. I'm hoping that come delivery time there isn't a big blizzard as my hospital is about forty minutes away on a nice day.
Sleep comes when it will these days, and I'm enjoying the wee hours ...
Eight weeks to go and counting! We're doing some major renos here, so the place is a disaster. At least its been contained to the lower level of the house, the girls and I have been living out of upstairs, and take out food. ugh. Craving veggies like you would not believe. Shouldn't be too much ...
