Induction?

Hi everyone, I haven't done any research on this yet, but wanted to seek your opinions on inducing birth. Our baby is due on 18th December and we are starting to discuss the option of inducing him/her if he has not arrived by that date - all being ok of course. Our main reason for this is to avoid h...

Hi Jess, Just want to reassure you and let you know that it is very difficult to pick up the heartbeat even with the doppler at 11 weeks. At 14 weeks my OB could not pick up the heartbeat with a doppler and even last week at 22 weeks, he could not catch it for long enough to get a reading - bubs was...

Hi everyone. Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Bella - I bet you enjoyed the break from the rain - wasn't it gorgeous here in Syd? We picnicked at Cremorne Point on Sun and enjoyed the sun and the view 8) Mel - that midwife was a cow to treat you like that - I hope you complained. I am surprised to...

Think I just felt my first baby flutters!! :) Am 19w1d and it has taken a while because the placenta is in front - we saw it at the scan the other day and it is like a big cushion in front of bubba - he must have been having a really good kick just now! How amazing is that feeling? Am si...

Hi Jen,

Sorry to hear what you are going through.

I agree with Tanya - it is your body and your baby so don't let them be hasty with anything - ultimately it has to be your own decision.

Protecting your baby will always come first, no matter if the reasoning sounds ridiculous to ev...
