Babyhope~ I totally understand you. I am 5'2" as well and was 110 lbs before being pg BUT I delivered at 34 weeks and my babies had to stay in the NICU 16 days all the while being poked and prodded, handled by tons of stangers with no privacy and the added risk of being in a hospital in general. I w...

Everyone is so different and I simply concentrated on just being healthy and eating well with my twins. I'm on the small side at 5'2" and ended up only gaining 28 lbs. total. My OB didn't complain because the babies were actually big for their gestational age and he knew I was eating like a horse. M...

WOW! Congrats to all the new twin-mommy-to-be's!!!! You're popping out of the woodwork! What fun to all be due around each other as well. That really helps the journey along and since my own twin are 21 months, it gets hard to recall what the schedule was in week 3! Good luck to you all! I hope you ...

Aims327~ Right around the same time I had the exact same thing with the twins. Sounds exactly like my own experience other than the blood I then wiped was red and not old. I rested and made sure not to lift ANYTHING even sort of heavy for 24-48 hours and all was fine. It was scary for me too but app...

Good luck!!!! That is soooooo scary! I ended up on hospital bedrest and it really wasn't bad at all. There are too many images of babies born WAY too early and teh outcome is so scary. I hope she is able to take it easy and rest as much as she can. Is she on bedrest yet? Sounds like she should be. I...

So funny!!! I know what you mean! I know there is so much to pack but being over ready is better than under ready! I do think that since my kids have gone so many times they natrually love the beach. Some babies don't like sand at all so be prepared just in case. That's why I initially brough...

Don't listen to me. :? . . . my baby had thrush and it was the WORST thing ever! The antibiotic from the NICU made him more able to get it and it was horrid! I did everything. . . .ate yogurt, took acidpholis (sp), aired out my nipples, Nystatin, rubbed yogurt in his mouth, tried pumping and putting...

I was another who did just fine. I was in my regular clothes 2 weeks after giving birth and never got a single stretch mark. I delivered early at 34 weeks and breastfed until 15 months so that helped I'm sure! It was also hard to gain a lot of weight for me when pg with twins. I only gained a total ...

We went with the Britax all around. Infant systems and the next step. LOVE them both!!! Easy to clean, install, carry, transition, everything and my kids have never complained about them ever. In fact, mine are too busy sleeping. I did the Britax Companion for the infant seats and the Marathon for t...

I have had multiple strollers and NOTHING compares to the BOB! It is the best no matter how many babies you are putting in that puppy. I went thru other strollers not wanting to pay the money and in the end. . . I'm in LOVE with BOB!
