Hmm...I didn't think about this problem yet!But why can't you put 2 car seats?Or by the law they have to be only in the middle ?
I have Toyota Matrix and almost every double stroller fits there with some extra room for other things.

Nicole,I'm totally agree with Lisa.If you don't do it,imagine the complications during the pregnancy (if you do get PG) on a top of regular" pregnancy charms" with GI like constipation,hemorroids,heartburn...and all other unpleasant changes in your body.
And there are risks with EVERYTHING,you don't ...

Hmm,I remember I could feel the inside scar for a while also(under the skin,on a cervix-I'm skiny too) but it went away after some period of time(maybe a year) and it wasn't painful.I mean I still could feel it if you press on it,but not like it was inflamed. In your case if it hurts and swollen,I'd ...

I can say I was only sore for 2 weeks and never took any painkillers since I got home from the hospital. In a month I was totally back to normal-walking,doing housework, except lifting heavy things. The numbness went away probably after a year-or two(I don't remember for sure)
