Elida- I am sorry to hear about your bp and protein in your urine. I know it will be hard but make sure you follow your dr advice. You don't want to deliver those girls this early. Stay well and keep us posted.

OMG Nicole- I am so happy for you! Did you stop the progesterone after your negative hpt without having a blood test? I can't believe they would have you just do hpt and no beta. I know my RE (2 different ones since I switched) always insisted on blood even if hpt was negative because like your situ...

Nicole- I am so sorry you got a bfn! I was so hoping you were going to tell us it was a bfp. I know if feels terrible, but don't give up. I remember being where you are and it sucks. I felt like everyone around me was getting pg and even the girls on the chats that had been struggling were getting p...

Marina- I still haven't bought anything, but I do have the crib sitting in pieces in a spare room. My cousin gave me her crib from her son and told me if I didn't take it now she was getting rid of it, so I took it. My cousin wants to throw me a baby shower and I still haven't even gone to register ...

Nicole- If my calculations are correct then Friday would be 12 days past IUI. You may be able to get a positive result then, but if it is negative retest on Sunday. I was never able to hold out to the full 14 day waiting! Good luck hun, I am rooting for your BFP! Debbie- The baby's name is Francisco...

mo- I read about that but until the US makes infertility treatments a mandatory part of insurance coverage I am not so sure it will go through. All the other countries that regulate how many embryos are transfered all cover IVF and many do not have private health care systems so all citizens get it....

Hi girls, I have decided to go and register this coming weekend. I will be a little over 25 weeks then. I already have a crib. My cousin gave me her son's crib this past weekend since she moved him into a toddler bed a few months ago. I kept pushing her off because I didn't want it in the house just...

Ronda- My dd was a great sleeper when she was a baby. The only time she would be up at night was when she was coming down with something, only I didn't know it yet. I would find the same thing, no fever, not hungry or wet or dirty and it would drive me nuts. Then, usually within a day or two she wou...

Hi sweethoney- Did you go get checked out? A while back I read online about a young woman who did not know she was pregnant and had a severe skydiving accident. She was lucky to survive the accident herself. She found out she was pregnant when she was in the emergency room after her parachute and ba...

angeleazra- I am so sorry for your loss. I have had my share of m/c and they are not easy to deal with. I cannot imagine carrying a baby for 20 weeks only to lose it. You should really consult another OB outside of your current practice to have them review your history and current situation. Are the...

Hi KB- Level II is just an anomoly scan. They look at all the organs of the baby(ies) to check for defects. I believe everyone has one whether you are having a single or multiples. It is the same as any other sonogram just more in depth. AFM, I have been having lots of pain. They tell me its round l...

Wonderce- I am actually 20 weeks today! :D Not sure why but every once in a while my ticker gets off track. I have about 18 or 19 more weeks to go since my doctor said they wont let me go to 40 weeks. If I don't go on my own by 38 weeks they will induce me sometime between 38-39 weeks. It sti...
