Let us know how your scan goes. I go in for IUI on Friday, one big juicy egg showing on the scans. Good for us, as I'm nervous about the chance of multiples again.

My situation is not quite the same as yours, as we never did IVF, but we are also diagnosed as unexplained infertility. My twins are from a medicated IUI cycle, so it can work.

My twins are IUI miracles! It was our fourth cycle that finally worked. First cycle, we had a m/c, second neg, third cancelled due to early ov, then on the fourth round they increased the meds, and low and behold ~ my girls. We'd like one more baby, but understand if this doesn't work we are already...

Good luck with this. The best thing would be for you to pump at least once a day and feed him fresh breast milk, but from a bottle. Then if he has to drink the frozen stuff at some point its not as hard.

This gets a little easier when you have a regular routine for food as well.
