Hi
I still get notified on these messages after all this time...maybe I can't quite leave it all behind me, who knows.
My clinic in the UK would have done the treatment with my sister's eggs, had they approved it in principle, which would have been cheaper than adding the travel expenses on top. I ...

Chris - well done for the 2 embryos - the bedrest recommendations seem to vary from clinic to clinic - I rested for 2 days the cycle I got pg, (when I say rested I mean I tried to rest as I don't like staying put for long)- I didn't rest the other times. Some say to carry on as normal. I think you ...

Hi all, welcome to Chriss, this is the best place to meet people who really understand.

Jools - sorry to see your news, it's horrid to have your hopes dashed again. It seems to happen to so many people but you don't hear about blighted ovum outside of the world of ivf. I suppose a lot of people who ...

Hi all

Glad to see everyone is OK despite this stupid weather we're having over here. Welcome to LIV in FL - bet your weather is better than here in the UK! Not much to report from me, trying not to think about making any decisions. Been a bit down, cried in Clinton's yesterday reading birthday ...

Hi Alison, welcome to the boards, you're definitely in the right place. I wouldn't have got through all this without the people on here, believe me.

My overseas DE experience is of IM in Barcelona, they were brilliant and I did get pg but it was sadly only short lived. Feel free to ask any ...

Hi Gaile
I haven't really had a choice when it comes to number of embryos to transfer - my first DE cycle we had 2 transferred - we only had 3 and one was not good enough. That was in Spain and I think they would have transferred all 3 if they had been good quality. They gave me a 60% chance of ...

Hello ladies!

There is so much to do in Singapore even though it is small, people think ...

Hi Kim, good to see you back here

My first DE cycle I was given 60% chance of success and yes I did get pg but only for such a short time. This last time round they didn't give me a % but the embryos were good quality, the transfer went really smoothly, everything looked so good and then still BFN ...

Hi all
What a miserable day it is here, cold and wet. Need some sun. Still, 2 weeks 'til Singapore :D
DH is away mountain biking in Italy, I am here in the rain with a cat who has got the hump 1. because DH is away and 2. because I got my suitcase out. Very intuitive, that puss.
Nice to hear fom ...
