Hello ladies...sorry to be MIA but it's been a busy couple of days. My dad is coming into town from Texas and my guest bedroom was completely full of my craft stuff! Needless to say, the cleaning bug has made it's way into my house.

I had my suppression check today and got to start stims tonight ...

espinozal23 - Good luck tomorrow!!!! Let us know what your dr says about the aspirin for sure.

So funny that we are all seeing dr's in the same field and get all kinds of opinions and answers...frustrating sometimes!

Sending lots of positive energy your way!

My appointment is Friday, on my paper it's a suppression check. All I know is that they will be doing a blood draw and ultrasound...it's getting closer!

I haven't really picked any fights so far, but there's been a couple times when he says stuff to me and I snap. Then he pouts and then I'm angry ...

Good luck dys24! I wish that option would've been open to us...our insurances won't cover any of this since DH's vasectomy was voluntary  Like he chose to have a severly handicapped child and the doctors couldn't find the genetic link on purpose...stupid insurance companies!

I know what you ...

Interesting in that article that it says baby aspirin could be helpful in blood flow to the ovaries, especially for those with PCOS. I definitely think this is something I want to discuss with my RE now! Wow, thanks for the heads up espinozal!

espinozal23 - I'm not sure if it thickens the lining or not, but I do know that baby asp is part of the regimen my RE has prescribed. However, I don't start it until the day of ET. I did find this article about it which would support what you've been told:

CT_Michele - Thanks for the support, glad I'm not the only weenie :D So you said the TESE was painful for your DH? The dr. told us that it would be similar to the vasectomy so DH is thinking it'll be no big deal! I don't think I'll tell him!

On another note, so glad to be taking the last BCP ...

Well the nurse finally called me back, and yes...she said I probably blew a vessel...no big deal. But, she made it sound like she didn't want me doing my injections in my leg. She gave me the spill about the back of my arm or my tummy :?

So where do ya'll stick yourselves? When my husband does it ...

to_have_fun08 - Thanks for the advice...I've actually only met with the Dr once and he talked fast and went over the whole process in a 30 minute speech, so I've got so many questions! We went to our IVF class...but there was a guy in our class that monopolized all the time.

I do have another ...

New Here - First IVF with ICSI

Hello ladies! I am (obviously) new here. Here's our story for anyone interested...

I am 29 and DH is 41 and we live in Utah. DH had a vasectomy over 10 years ago as a result of an unplanned pregnancy. The pregnancy and delivery were normal, however, at about 6 months of age, my stepson started ...

Hi ladies...care if I join? I'm very new to this message board, just started reading some posts today.

This is our first IVF. We chose IVF because my husband had a vasectomy more than 10 yrs ago. We decided a reversal was not the option for us and so in vitro was our only other option! My husband ...
