I have just been reading through the intro's again and quite can't believe how many of us have husbands with low sperm counts or poor motility. Has anyone got any ideas why this is such a regular occurrence these days? I have been told that there is too much oestregen in the water!!!

I thought maybe my husband had had some side effect from having Gulf War injections as he has never smoked, hardly drinks, wears loose pants(I know way too much info), takes showers not baths. But then I see he's not on his own. At least it doesn't knock their masculinity when so many others are the same!!! Even though they don't like to talk about it like us girls.

What else can we do to make these little fishes swim better? I have started making him take folic acid and zinc tablets just to see if this will improve the little blighters.

If anyone has any words of wisdom to share I'd like to listen as I'm sure would others in the same boat.

Lisa (Loonpants)
Hi
My other half suffered a huge blow to confidence when he was told he was basically OK but some were a bit sluggish. Not sure what to accredit the success to but six months later, he was told that he had super-swimmers. He had basically decided he was going to try any therapy to get the little guys moving so in terms of vitamins he was taking Enadh and Forceval (both reccommended by Gp's) and also Oyster extract for the Zinc. He also went to see a Chinese herbalist who prescibed several different tablets for circulation and Vitality and he started seeing a reflexologist. He also thinks that the old cold shower ploy every morning for a couple of minutes stops the little chaps from dozing off.
Hope this helps
Terri
