dexter - not sure if you remember me but a very heartfelt congrats to you!!!! its so wonderful isnt it?! enjoy every moment and they are so truly special!!

as for pics - do you know how to load them on photobucket? if you do, then you can load them on there, then use the link underneath the uploaded pic and then you can post that link in here. (hope that makes sense)....alternatively you can post them on photobucket and people can see them there. you would go to www.photobucket.com, then sign in with username: ivfgroup and password: ivfgroup. at the top it says upload pictures and thats where you can do it. if you cant figure out let me know and i will send you screenshots to help.

congrats again!!

Dexter thanks for sharing your story! We get pregnant on our 4th try and 2nd FET too and we got triplets! Never would I have dreamed my life would turn out like it did. Just a few short years ago I was posting BFN after BFN on this board. But it's true, my babies were worth the wait. No other babies would have been these babies! You need to start a blog so we can all see your sweet little ones. Take care and God Bless!!

Hello lovely ladies,

Been a few drinks in between posts for me but you are all still in my thoughts every day (when I look at my babies) and constantly in my prayers. The twins are 11 weeks now and an absolute joy. Having twins has not been half as hard as I had imagined. They sleep and eat together, sleep through the night now - 7.30pm until 5/6am and are normal, happy smiling babies. We are so lucky. Kiana's ovarian cyst has completely disappeared but unfortunately she was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia the very same day we got the good news about her cyst :-(

She is now in a brace and has to stay in for up to 3 months. She is definitely the 'screamer' of the two but bless her she has a lot to put up with. The docs say they will most certainly fix her leg but she may need a plaster paris cast on her lower body as her progress is not as good as they'd hoped in the brace. We're going to give it a few more weeks before seeing another specialist for a further analysis. I'm praying she improves. Being in a cast will be so miserable for her and me :-(

Don't get me wrong, twins aren't easy and I definitely have single baby envy at times. The hardest part is going out on my own. If I need to pacify both babies it's almost impossible to pick both up at once so end up back dooring events whenever that happens. Generally a bottle will settle them or a cuddle. I've given up breastfeeding. Only lasted 3 weeks :-/ Too hard with Ayden taking well to the boob but Kiana being a bit lazier, it was too time consuming and frustrating for us all.

Well that's all my news. I read everyones posts whenever I get a spare minute. I'm lucky my DH works from home so I have a lot of help here, I think that makes a big differnce with twins. We dont have any family here so things get tough at times.

I will put some pics on photo bucket now.

Lots of love,
