What to do to have early AF?

Post by Anie »

Hi.
Maybe this may sound weird but anybody knows what to do to have an early AF?

I would like to have it by Thursday 31/July so i can have the scan done the week after and start with stimms.

If AF is late and if it comes after Friday then will have to postpone everything for 1 week :(

Anything that i can drink or eat will speed the AF?

I don't want to take any tablets for that nor any herbs.

Thanks
Anie

Oh, Anie, sweetie, I understand the feeling completely!!! I, too, am waiting for AF. But you know she becomes most uncooperative when you are expecting her for a specific date! You're a seasoned IVFer... surely you remember how it was in your other cycles! We never decide anything much! Our bodies do the best they can... and at the end of each cycle, when we look back at the whole thing, the details of what milestone fell on what day seems to matter so little...

One thing that might help is to have orgasms, by whichever means necessary. ;) The contractions of your uterus during climax might help your lining to fall (hence AF). No guarantees here, but when I do that during AF, it helps getting done with it faster. Vervena infusions are proscribed during the first trimester, and prescribed at the end of the third because it is known to stimulate uterine contractions. That might help too.

Best of luck with your attempt my dear! Keeping fingers and toes crossed for you!

hope you get BFP in your next cycle.
