Regular exercise and yoga is the best choice and the best weight loss. Just go to regular exercise, healthy food consumption and water, avoid eating greasy and fatty foods.

Thanks for this great 10 tips, I would also reduce the meat and NO FASTFOOD! I know sometimes we like to eat harmful food, because it is delicious, but better think of the health. My doctor in a fertility clinic (a great one by the way) made an eating plan for me before IVF cycle, so who is interested, I would be glad to suggest you one

Hi, I have heard a lot about zija juice and it’s usage in daily life. I am an athlete by profession so this zija juice is like a protein shake for me as it gives instant energy.

My mom doesn't care about my weight, I can't go walking by myself because I'll get in trouble. I know i'm going to die, and i'm honestly so scared for my life. She knows I need to lose weight, but she doesn't care. I can't be healthy because she buys the food in the house.WHAT CAN I DO TELL ME FRIENDS ? If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread).
