here are some more tips to Lose Weight Fast..

-Eat 6 Small Meals Per Day
-Focus on Eating Less Carbohydrates. Fats and Protein are fair game!
-Eat lower glycemic carbohydrates, also known as “Slow Carbs”
-Exercise – Focus on building muscle with weights and trade long boring cardio for short, high intensity cardio
-Cut out liquid calories – Soda, Juice, etc. (Stick to water and unsweetened tea)
-Record Everything – Every day, take weight measurements and pictures of yourself in the mirror
-Don’t make Dieting a big deal. Make it easy and fun.
-Start by doing ANYTHING in the right direction. Don’t worry about big goals. Baby Steps are key.

A lot of good tips already, but I would add on the psychological side that you need to keep from burning out. Don't try to set the world on fire, you want to make this a life long pursuit. Good luck.

Weight loss is one of the big health issue in human beings. Nowadays many more peoples are suffering from these problems. Try to make more attention to your daily diet menus. Do regularly exercise in the morning.

I think that in addition to reduce weight a strict diet outside still need to strengthen motion, doing aerobic exercise, to reduce weight is to work for a long time.

The best way to loose weight is to find something that you enjoy that will at the same time burn calories, for me cycling is that hobby.

weight is a balancing act, but the equation is simple. If you consume more calories than you burn, you gain weight. The logical solution is consuming fewer calories. the word "exercise" inspires you to creative avoidance, then avoid it. Maybe the trick to enjoying a workout may be to never call it working out.

I can recommend It helped me lose 24 pounds, I started this new years. I even have a full and one part time job and 2 kids... It mostly brings up what you can and cannot eat and exercises that go well with this, easy to understand, not hard to follow basically. Its a good program and it wont kill ya. Best of luck

I think that regular exercise and yoga are the best ways to reduce weight. We can reduce our plenty of weight with the help of yoga.

I have heard that several people lost weight with zija and I am here wanted to know does it have any side effect. I would like to know if any experienced can suggest me.

Zija is best for losing weight, i am also using zija and i lose 15 kg weight in three months. Zija is best for our health as it contain vitamins and nutrition.

Regular exercise and yoga is the best choice and the best weight loss. Just go to regular exercise, healthy food consumption and water, avoid eating greasy and fatty foods.
