Cramping...

Postby Burley22 » Tue Sep 02, 2008 9:00 pm

So, I'm 3 days away from my preg. test. I had some cramping for a few hours on Saturday night...and I just started having them again. Mild cramping...no spotting...have been running an off & on low grade fever since Sunday morning. Talked to the Dr. about that and he wasn't concerned unless it got to be a high fever. Any suggestions or ideas or anything?? Thanks!!! :?

Hi, Just to add my experience with cramping which may be helpful. I have had 3 IVF cycles (currently doing 4th) and prior to the pregnancy test on my second cycle I had really bad cramping. This in fact lasted for several weeks. I hasten to add that this was in fact the cycle that i was fortunate enough to have got my son who is now 3yrs old. On my other two failed cycles, i had no cramping and started bleeding slightly before the test date.

So I guess I am saying that I think cramping is a good thing. I know that everyone's body behaves differently but i have read a lot of posts with women who cramp and are indeed pregnant.

I wish you all the luck and hope this is your time. :D
