Fist. I am sorry you are stuck with meds that you can't use. I myself have left over meds. Unfortunately, you will not be able to selll the meds at all because you don't have a license to do so. Also, you should probably remove the post because when we sign up for the board we agree not to sell things on here.

However, there is another option. You could donate the meds to your doctor's office and they can give it to other people. If you paid for the meds and not your insurance you made be able to write off the donation when you pay your taxes.

I had quite a bit of left over meds and donated them to a very sweet woman from this site. She didn't get pg taht cycle but she did get pg and is now expecting a little girl.

I could have used the money myself but nothing has felt better than knowing she eventually got pg and somewhere on her journey I was lucky enough to help even the slightest.

Just a thought. Best of luck to you and dh!

You got me and the other girl wrong. We were trying to help you. It is against the law and board policies to sell the medicines. I was only telling you what I am doing with my leftover medicines, because you ASKED what you can do with leftover meds.

Good luck in whatever you do.

I've already sold all my progesterone in oil and estradoil and the person who bought them has said that she can't thank me enough because the meds I sold her helped her to get to retrieval, so I don't care what you think. I've got no choice... I spent $7,000 on meds that I can't use and I need the money now for another kind of fertility procedure.

So only reply if you're interesting in helping!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Wow. I can't believe the rudeness here. You come on here and ask for an oppinion and then get angry when you don't hear what you want? Why didn't you just post "WHERE CAN I ILLEGALLY SELL MY MEDICATIONS? AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION, KEEP ANYTHING ELSE HELPFUL YOU HAVE TO SAY TO YOURSELF OR I'M GONNA BE RUDE AND SNAP AT YOU."
If you don't care what any one else thinks, don't ask.
Merry christmas and happy new year to you too.

I totally understand how you can be on edge right now. IVF is very stressful and doing it during the holidays no less. I simply wasn't aware that you needed to sell them and had no other possibility. Sorry. Have you asked your clinic if you can offer to sell them to another client?

You sound very stressed and I do understand but please know we were only giving what we thought was a helpful suggestion since you asked.

Best of luck to you.
