Cardio Exercise and it's benefit

Today if any one talks about weight loss then their is always a talk on cardio exercise their are many cardio exercise which helps to burn lots of calories and experts recommend cardio exercise if any one is planning for weight loss, their are different types of cardio exercise but here are some which i loves to do. In my list first comes jogging it helps to burns almost 350 calories if preformed for 3o minutes, then their is swimming, step ups, treadmills etc which also helps to burn lots of calories.

Cardio exercise will take some times to get in shape your body. Start with only stretching your body then grow your exercise level. Make sure your muscles are not feel much pain during exercise. If you feel much more pain in joint then stop exercise. Cardio exercise can give you flexibility of body.
