Include these foods in your list :
i) Fresh fruit (no fruit juices)
ii) Fresh vegetables (avoid drinks with vegetable concentrates)
iii) Low glycemic carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread etc)
iv) Organic meats (mostly white)
v) Low fat dairy alternatives.
i) Chew foods for longer and pause for a couple of seconds between bites
ii) Eat 5 or 6 small meals during the day rather than 2 or 3 large ones
iii) Drink 8 glasses of hot water a day.
i) High fat dairy products
ii) Cold Water
iii) High glycemic carbs e.g Processed carbs like white bread, white rice etc
iv) Food which containing sugar because sugar has more fat.
