Hi Becky ... It sounds like you had a horrid night. I hope things have cooled down a little today .. ?

Many smiles for you hope you are ok, its horrible when you have to restrain it is something I have to do quite frequently at work and it is extremely tiering as well as very emotional especially as they are only children, what ever they say or do they are still just children who need help and love and you seem to be the perfect lady to help and give that love.
Thinking of you.

thank you..
and it is true the more angrery the child is the more hurt they are...
he has been threw alot.
the first time he was put in a mental ward he was only 2.. his birth mom said that he burned his little sisters fingers with a lighter and tired to cover it up by causing a fire in her closet..
i dont know how many 2 year olds could do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
aaron came to us when he was 12. he was suposed to be adopted 2 different times but the people brought him back and the one person jjust adopted his little brother. we adopted aaron last year. he was sick a coule of years ago. that was right after we mc our twins.
he is now going threw puberity and sence he died and came back he his dealing with that to along with all of his abuse..

when i was reading my post i didnt want anyone to think that this is normal for adoption kids..
the children that we get have alot of problems and our 10 and up..
they have been to hell and back...i know i have been there myself as a child..
sometimes it is very hard on dh... he didnt come from that type of faamily.. i told him he was lucky cause he was adopted at birth..
he would never talk to his mom the way our boys talk to me when they are mad.. i but its not me that they are mad at.....
not for sure what we are going to do...
please keep us in your prayers..

Becky
I work with boys that are in care, they are some of the naughtest boys in the country they are violent and abusive physically as well as verbally and it is so hard when you see the damage there own familys have done to them it is also so hard to understand there fierce loyalty to there families who have hurt and damaged them so much. What you do for these children is such a wonderful thing you are there for them even though sometimes they can be horrible it is such a reward when you get a hug or you see real happiness.
You are a very special family to be able to give the children you adopted the love, warmth and support that they so often havent had before.
I wish you and your family all the courage to get through this together, you have so much to offer him.
My prayers are with you
Kerry

dear Becky

as i was reading through your post i thought it must take a very special person to love and care those children so much, and to be able to understand them as you do. it's so much easier to look the other way...

I am very proud to have had the chance to "meet" you along my way. :D

Hi Becky,

I can't believe how wonderful you are  ! All your children are so lucky to have you..... it is right..... when you want a child so bad, it's for a reason..... only very special people are able to adopt. :P

I hope your hand is feeling better soon..... oh, and why are you cooking in your condition????????? :?:

Take care
