Gaining weight is easy but the most difficult thing is to lose weight. It is really a very nice thinking to lose weight because having heavy body is not good for the health,it invites disease and makes health improper. Doing physical exercise and Yoga regularly,taking balance diet ,drinking more water and avoiding oily food helps you a lot to lose weight and also make good health and gain fitness.

It's really a good idea! But I don't have to lose weight because I am so slim but what I like now is to make my body healthier and maintain my good weight. Maybe I need an exercise in able to accomplish this. I would like to say good luck to you and I hope sooner or later, you'll get your desired weight. I hope for the best on you.
