Have just found this site and I am so glad that I can talk to others that really do understand what this is like!! Have just started on our first cycle of IVF and am really positive at the mo, but am worried that if things don't go the way we'd like then I will fall apart  DH doesn't really get it, although he is completely supportive. Just glad that there are others out there that do! Any advice as to how to get through this would be great :D

Hi Kate welcome!

For the mo you should just keep positive, and avoid as much as possible the "if"s. A neg result is always hard to take, no matter how well you are "prepared" for it.

How is the treatment going? You should join the october buddys thread on the general forum, you will get plenty of support there.

Good luck and keep well!
take care

Thanks for the advice, will definitely try to keep the 'ifs' at bay!! Treatment is going well, back up again next week to see how the injections are going. Will have a look at the October buddys thread - thanks
