No matter what day you transfer the embryo, it still implants on the same day (around day 6 or 7) if it's going to. So progesterone level should have nothing to do with what day you choose to transfer the embryo.

I just noticed this thread was started by me, and did not know what it was about, so I read through it. The funny thing is, I have been through sooo much that I don't even remember this scenario playing out. But I wantd to comment on what happened that cycle, in case anyone is wondering. I did get pregnant, even saw a heartbeat, but it was always measuring behind and the pregnancy ended at around 8 weeks. Good luck to everyone still trying!

hey christy :0)
im still on break from ivf till next month, but im preparing myself to my next visit to RE next week, i have a lot of questions and i may ask him to re-do all the blood tests before starting the new cycle next month.

but i was wondering about the ideal TSH levels before starting an ivf cycle. is it between 1 and 2 ??? i hope that GHOST will read this and give me an answer.

I will surely join you on the 2012 board when i'll start my new cycle.
hopw u r all doing great there. i miss u all.

The normal range starts around 0.4 and tops out around 4 or 4.5. Values of 1 or 2 are considered fine.

But it's up to your clinic to decide, of course.
