some of my friends got their BFP on their first try . . . others got it on 2nd or 3rd try . . . some are still trying . . . I'm going to be on my 2nd try in August . . . I think it depends on your own unique situation, albeit endometriosis, eqq quality, tubal issues, male factor, the experience of your clinic, etc. Also depends if you react well to the stims and make a lot of follicles/eggs or if you are a low responder . . .The most frustrating part is when all looks well, the embryos sometimes fail to implant and when the embryos don't look so good, sometimes you get a BFP . . . I sometimes think there's no rhyme or reason . . . I just choose to be optimistic, listen to my doctor, take my shots, and hope for the best . . . It's all that I can do to control my situation =) It'll happen . . . Good luck =)
