Yes. It did for me and I know it did for others on here. I did IVM which is very similar to IVF except they take out immature eggs and make them mature in the lab. Therefore it reduces the chance of OHSS and lowers the cost since there are not as many injectable drugs.
I wish you the very best of luck on your journey. THis is a wonderful web site with WONDERFUL and strong ladies here. I would be lost without them. Please let us know how it goes. Lots of baby dust to you!!!

Yes, worked for me my first try back in Dec. 2007. I was blessed with my little miracle Aug. 2008. I only wish I had the same luck my following two tries. But yes, it is possible. Good luck to you!

Thanks girls! Everyone including my acupuncturist thinks I will be preggo first time around. I'm sure they just say that to make me feel better but I don't want to be too optimistic! I have several friends who have done IVF and it took several attempts to conceive, but I know every situtation is different. So happy for you all

Good luck! It took me until the third try, but I am having twins so I'll take it

ALL but one of my friends also got pg on their first try, including my SIL who had her twins at age 43. She had an 8% chance of getting pg, less than 3% of having multiples. HA!
