We - my goodness me! I think you've had your fair share of IVF rollercoasters. I'm so hoping that you get to turn this whole nightmare into a happy tale. Stay strong...I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.
Ninde - sometimes other women's stories really strike a chord and are very humbling. It must be incredibly hard for you coping with DH having MS and also going through IVF. You are obviously an amazingly strong woman.
Sunshine - you are so clever. I love the dress. When i was little, i was really close to my neighbour. I used to pop over almost every evening to keep her company and watch Coronation Street!
Bodie - a huge congrats to you. Well done you!
Lauren - I'm with you on the fat thing. I can't believe how much weight I've put on. Every time I hop on the scales I am shocked! I think it's a mixture of the hormones and the stress. I can't stop eating. I had dinner about half an hour ago and I'm already thinking about what to eat next.
Leora - DH and I have also been going to relationship counselling and having some life coach sessions. This year has really taken it's toll on us as a couple. We're making a real effort to plan and do things that we enjoy together. Take some time out, work on balance and perspective as a couple, and I'm sure everything will fall into place.
Anton - you win the POSITIVE PERSON AWARD hands down. You are incredible and you should always remember that. With some time and space, I'm sure DH will come around. You sound like you have such a gorgeous, caring relationship.
Tuffy - man, I'd like a friend who could do sneaky scans too
Great news on the twinnies.
Kamina - I'm so sorry about your BFN. Any plans on where to from here or are taking some time out?
Neffi - i can't remember whether you were the person who was about to try traditional chinese medicine. I've got my first consultation on Weds. The person I'm seeing specialises in fertility treatment and uses a number of different techniques so should be interesting. She was highly recommended.
Kala - long-distance IVF. Isn't it amazing that we import and export livestock genetics all around the world and still your little tank of goodies gets questioned!
AFM - had an interesting dinner tonight. My SIL cooked pork tongue and it was delicious. That was a first for sure. Apologies to all those that don't eat little piggies.
I'm feeling a bit jaded today as New Zealand played the Australians last night as part of the RUgby World Cup. I think the whole nation stayed up late! We won...so next week is the final against France. I'm not much of a rugby head but this is getting pretty exciting.
Anyway lovely ladies, time for an early night. Sleep tight...or at least try to!
