I've been stalking from my phone, but haven't been able to write until now! (I love y'all, but typing personals from my phone sucks!)

Kerri - OH NO! I'm so sorry. Do the doctors have any suggestions? This is your 3rd miscarriage, right? Have you done all the RPL testing?

Kynlee - Oh no for you too! I'm so sorry. Even when you know it's coming, the BFNs are soooo hard. <big big hugs>

Laura - I'm an organizer too! Sheesh, my regular organization obsessiveness combined with pregnancy 'nesting' meant that I spent most of my pregnancy organizing the extra toilet paper in my house! :D

Christy - better to have too many needles than not enough. I'm glad to hear your IVF class went well. It would have been nice to meet some other people, but this way you got one on one attention. As for which days to take off, I find that if you explain to your boss, they are usually very very understanding. I'm at my new job, and it turns

Kay - I totally hear ya on feeling dragged out. It's been 2.5 years since our first loss. This is getting nuts. I'm so sorry. What can they do about the APS? Can you take something? Do they think this chemical was related to that? I'm glad you could get started again now. I'm waiting, and I hate it.

Patricia -you are stimming! YAY! Are you enjoying all your needle-pokes? I'm so sorry to hear about your dad! I hope he gets better soon!

Globetrotter - as everyone else has chimed in, yes, those TVUS during your period are GROSS!!!!! Remember to take out your tampon and put a pad before going into the u/s room - I forgot once and I had a disgusting tampon that I had to throw in the trash. I hate HATE pads, but I wear one the morning of a TVUS and switch to a tampon after the u/s. Also, no one can promise a certain calendar - with an exact ER/ET date - because it's all dependent on how things go. As you get closer, they'll give you an exact date, but for now, you can't know.

My clinic does only suppositories (I've done the injections once, during my second pregnancy, because I started bleeding). Works find for me! Wear a pantyliner though!

Gina - when I was in Paris with my sister and mom, we didn't realize at the Eiffel Tower that there are 2 lines because one is for the stairs and one is for the elevator --- we got in the shorter line.... and ended up taking the stairs all the way up! :D

The waiting is awful and I get horrible anxiety from it. I take an antidepressant, which helps the anxiety. I also see a therapist who does cognitive behavoiral therpay, which I find super super helpful.

Julia - ugugggghhh... nothing worse than a cancelled cycle - especially when the news comes out of the blue! Did you have any trouble with earlier cycles?

AFM - my company trip was fun - but it sucked having AF the whole time. We were out hiking in the woods, so I was always asking for the closest bathroom so I could change my tampon. I packed "regular" but AF was super super super heavy - so Ihad to change all the time. Ick.

No real St. Patrick's day here!

Counting down to April 15... 28 days to go! AF is pretty much gone (phew, thank goodness) - but hopefully by the next one, I'll be ready to stim!

Ninde- I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. I know you were terrified when you received that call!! I've never heard of that illness before, but I hope he recovers quickly.

Christy- So jealous hearing about your garden!! Can't wait until we move since this place doesn't have a yard. We'll get some pots out though and plant them. I know the party will be a success! :)

Leora- Those stairs were NO JOKE! We went that route because like you said there are two lines, one to walk and one on the elevator. The one with the ride up was too long, so we walked. My anxiety as been horrible lately. Can't stand it! SO glad things are moving along for you and I know you can't wait to start stimming!!

I know there are more I should comment on, but so tired. DS was up 3-4 hrs in pain. Weekends SUCK when it comes to medical care. Tomorrow morning he has the dental appointment and it is coming out! I don't care what they say. We will probably call as soon as they open to prepare them to be ready to do that. The drops we got at the ER seem to help the ear very quickly. We made some Clove Oil our selves to help the tooth. He said it tastes like Juicy Fruit! That's a good thing :) We will then contact the ear, nose and throat Doctor. Mouth full of cotton or not they can look into his ear!

My anxiety has been WAY UP! It makes me feel as if I can't breath. It makes me feel like my heart is doing flip flops in there. It happens even if I'm relaxed or not, but it hits quickly if I even THINK about IVF, baby, leaving Germany, things like that. It is just horrible. Once I get my son well and out of pain I will go get myself taken care of.

A cousin of mine, we always called him "Uncle" even though he was a cousin, isn't doing well at all. He's been on a blood thinner for 8 years and it has done nothing but slowly kill him. It is horrible. He is only in his early 80's too. It doesn't look like he will last much longer. I mentioned it to my son this morning to prepare him a little bit, but I don't think he really gets he is dying without me saying the actual words. I know he'll take it just as hard as when my Grandmother, his Great-Grandmother died. He always walks to their house from my parents, to see them. It's like a 5 minute walk there through my parents pasture. The house is HUGE that they live in. A really old plantation type house. I know my "Aunt" will be so lonely there. The house belong to my Dad after his Mother died and he sold it to them for around $2,000( I think less actually) back then....now it's worth an easy $200,000, but I know much more between the house and the land.

See me the next day which was a raining day here in LA, CA. They did another U/S & Lab.
U/S showed they grew to 12 & 13 & now my est levels is over 1500.
So he ordered me Ganirelix injection to make sure I don't start ovulating but I feel like I am.. I am
Having that liquid clear discharge... Is this Ok?? I'm getting nearvous I'm going to
Ovulate! I took the first shot today & he wants to see me Monday morning!

Sunshine1576: I love wine country. I prefer Sonoma to Napa, more low key. My favorite thing is to go bike there. Feels so healthy after a long ride.

I’d love to have a garden. We could maybe do one on our roof but I think SF is too windy. I tried growing herbs inside (basil) but it was a total flop.

We: Cruise details please!

Ninde – I knew there would be resistance to Paddy! How is your dad? I would be worried about catching a bug too.

Leora – You are too funny! I LOVE stocking-up on toilet paper. There are 2 Walmarts around where I live (both miles away so a pain to get to) and once a year I go there to stock-up on toilet paper.

Interesting to know that your clinic only does suppositories. I heard in Canada they don’t do injections either, just suppositories.

Where was your company trip?

Gina1976- Are you in Germany? Sorry still trying to get to know people!

Cyn22- Hope you’re not ovulating! I see in your sig that you’ve done two other cycles. Did you have the same success stimulating? Did they change your protocol?

AFM – We did my first shot of Lupron tonight. I cried for 30 seconds, a mix of fear and life-is-so-unfair-type of cry. But you know what, I didn’t feel a thing. I think I can do that :D

Also, my friend 4 eggs fertilized so she is over the moon. They are planning for a 3-day transfer tomorrow. Fingers crossed! :D

Hi ladies,

We got back from our cruise yesterday. I feel like I need a vacation from the vacation. I am absolutely exhausted. But it is a good kind of exhaustion. We all had a great time. We went on the Allure Of The Seas which I the largest ship in the world. It holds 6,500 passengers plus over 2,000 crew members. The ship was beautiful. We had two balcony cabins on deck 14 in what they call the Central Park neighborhood. We visited Labadee, Cozumel, and Falmouth Jamaica. The kids and DH went zip lining on the ship, I went we went sailing in Cozumel, the kids went surfing and rock climbing, and we all got alot of sun. DH and I got to spend every minute of everyday together which was wonderful. We both cherish our time together so much. It was very difficult to kiss him goodbye this morning as he left to go to work. With regards to the pregnancy, I am now 14 weeks. I am now starting to feel both babies move. It's amazing. Intend to feel baby B more than Baby A because of the position. Unfortunanyely, I am still bleeding/spotting. I plan on going to the OB today just to get a quick look over for my personal peace of mind. The babies both seem to favor my left side so that side feels quite uncomfortable at times. Sleeping on my back is a no no at this point. Sleeping on my side is a production. I am having to put a wedge under my belly, then a pillow on my back, and then a pillow between my legs. My migraines are also back full force. I am getting a migraine everyday around 4pm. I've been having tobyake Fiorecet on a daily basis. I am off today which is good because I am really pooped. I will try to catch up with everyone today an post some personals.

Sorry - my email is down at home. Stupid computer. My anitvrs is telling me that my interenet and firewall is corrupt. I think I need to drop windows and get a mac.

Ninde - I am ok. Waiting for the process to begin....Sorry to hear about your dad.

Leora - yeah, 3rd loss. I am not sure what RPL is and they have not reccommended anything. Nothing. I have to call them to see what I should do since I haven't started bleeding or anything yet. She sadi there is a pill I can take that will pass the tissue in like 2 hours, but it is very very painful and give you narcotics to take with it. UGH! I am sure it is due to the "lab issue" and I said my peace in the office about it. They said "I don't think anyone would argue that"....yeah, well, then give me my money and I will go elsewhere!! Sorry, still pretty pissed about all this.

Sunshine - thank you for your kind words.

I'm trying to catch up with personals.

Ninde-I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. I have Skype up on my phone today if you would like to skype. Sending you a big hug.

Akdelp-Oh sweety, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I was so hopeful that this was it for you. Please take all the time you need. Please remember that I am alsways here for you. I am keeping you and DH in my prayers.

Julia-wishing you all the best today. Praying that your transfer goes well. Sending you tons of sticky vibes.

Leora-How are you doing. I read that you will be waiting a month to start. I know it seems like a very long time but sometimes the relationship needs a bit of a break from IVF. I remember after our second loss that we took a break and it was the best thing we did for our relationship. IVF takes such a toll that sometimes you need to take a step back and focus on the relationship. I am keeping you and DH in my prayers. Make the best of this month off.

Globetrotter-congrats on your first injection. I know its difficult but it does get easier. Im a nurse and im perfectly ok with giving injections all day but not so much on getting them and much less giving them to myself, so I can relate. I remember being so nervous and crying the first time. Well, maybe I cried more than once, but I promise you it gets better. You have crossed that first big hurdle so now its smooth sailing from here on.

Cyn22-I just read your post. I really hope that you are not ovulating so that you can continue with this cycle. Keeping you in my prayers.

Gina-loved your Paris photos. You guys look like you had a great time. Hopefuly you guys can go for a bit longer next time. How is everthing else going?

Kerri-I am so sorry about your loss. Have you done any additional testing to see if they can pinpoint the problem? I agree with Leora, maybe an RPL panel is in order. Please know that I am here for your and that I am keeping you in my prayers.

Kynlee-I am so sorry to hear about your BFN. This journey can be so difficult. Please know I am here for you if you need to just talk or if you have any questions. Take all the time you need. Sending you a big hug.

Kay-I am so sorry to hear about your news. Please know I am here for you. I thought I read that you will get started right away. Is that correct? Keeping you and DH in my prayers for a successful cycle this time around.

Maria- Wow that ship is enormous!!! It sounds like you and the family had a blast and I enjoyed hearing all about it! This was for your daughter's sweet sixteen celebrated early if I remember correctly? I'm glad you got the whole family together for this vacation and got to spend some time with dh too, such a handsome picture of you both. Let us know how your doctor appointment goes this afternoon. x

Globe- My fingers are crossed for your friend's IVF, glad they are proceeding knowing it only takes one embie!

Cyn- I remember for my last IUI cycle I was close to ovulating around day 9 so RE ordered ganerelix shots and sure enough even though I had the EWCM (alot of discharge) the shots kept me from ovulating. Monitoring done the next couple of days gave me reassurance. I was so worried too on the first day of taking ganerilix the nurse had told me to bring the med with me to the clinic that morning and I had left it at home! I couldn't get to it 8 hrs later but the next ultrasound showed my follis were all still there and growing very big. With so many for an IUI it should of been converted into an IVF, but this was something we had not discussed and much paperwork is involved as well as cost. My doctor was in Greece and I remember the other RE wanting to cancel it but we all talked him into going with the IUI procedure, then we were all surprised none took but dh also has had MF on sperm. Six months later after being on Megaman and protein shakes his last labwork showed much improvement, but we're ready to move forward now to IVF. Anyway I mostly wanted to tell you we cannot lose hope! :D

greekchick- Yes Anton does post on this thread from time to time. Always fun to hear from our girls! :D

Kynlee- You know I'm one who is always looking for good "must see" movies! :D

Ninde- Sorry for that mixup, how is your dad doing today? x

Leora- On your last personal to me the sentence got chopped off? Not sure what you were trying to tell me, lol. Anyway, I'm certainly counting down to April 15th with you!

Gina- I hope your son made it to the doctor's office today and you both are feeling some relief. x

AFM: And the Spring Break craziness begins! Full work schedule this week yet some family- on my side this morning called to say they may be coming down to visit. Trying to negotiate with mom that they should wait until mid-April since all the teenagers are partying down here right now. *I really want to have some time off to be able to enjoy them while they are visiting but with my work schedule I simply won't be home and have already tried to rearrange my off days..Yet my own mother then says "I really want to get some sun on the beach before it gets too hot." I'm like are you kidding?! Dh agrees with me that had he taken the job in Oklahoma City NOBODY would ever come to visit! What's even funnier is last night I was talking to my MIL and FIL over the phone and I thought it would be special for them to come visit for dh's birthday this weekend.

In the meantime dh's birthday is Saturday and I'm trying to plan something special...He wants to take the boat out and spend the day together out on the water. That night we're having some friends come over for a big cookout for his 35th birthday but the kicker is my mom and Aunt Linda will be leaving by the time everyone else comes for dh's birthday. Even though she has two jobs and has to be back to work by Saturday, and it takes 6 hrs to get down here she still won't purchase a ticket to fly! (she works for Delta airlines and flights are only 25% of fare yet she always goes "standby" to save money but then i tell her the price of gas would be equalient to buying a ticket! Meaning it's going to take her much longer to get here and I argued with her that she won't be here but one full day b/c spending so much time driving. She then tell me she's afraid of getting stuck at the airport with all the Springbreakers! Ugh she is very persistant and set in her ways. It's true, I don't see anybody enough (including my adorable nieces and nephews) who never come down because it's just me and dh but like I said we all live in different states. So I have a very spontaneous non-planning family and that's putting it nicely! Yikes more then anything I need a drink and a housekeeper this week!
