Sue, great news on 4 follies! I'm so happy for you and so eager to hear how everything goes over the next few weeks. Please keep us posted and know we are thinking of you often!
Barbara, awesome news about a maybe boy! I bet it will be one. One of each sounds so awesome!
LYD, how are you feeling? I can't wait to hear about your ultrasound. I'll have to stalk the thread late in the day eastern time! Do you feel like you've been growing quickly? How about nausea or tiredness?
Kerpupples, you could certainly join the August 2012 thread on PAT. It's a very manageable size and nice to read about everybody's progress. I'm sorry to hear about the bleeding. I think that is one of all of our huge fears once we get the BFP is to see red. We have to deal with red when we don't want it and just want to get pregnant and then when finally pregnant, that's the last thing we expect or want to see. It does sound like it's pretty normal, but I don't think that makes it feel any better for the individual having it.
AFM, everything is going pretty well. I go up and down with tiredness and nausea/extreme hunger, but overall it's not too bad. I had my first OB appt yesterday and so I finally got to ask my million twin questions. Some of them were answered and some weren't yet, but that's ok. They pretty much treat twin pregnancies the same as singletons, except more scans and more frequent visits (and likely an earlier delivery). I asked about bedrest and the midwife we saw didn't think my practice thinks bedrest shows a lot of benefits. I'll just have to see once we get a lot further along! They used the doppler and only found one of the babies heartbeats. She wasn't sure if we'd hear either and wasn't worried at all. Amazingly, I wasn't too worried either. Those little guys are pretty small in there. We'll have our next ultrasound in two weeks, so that will be great to see them again. I am almost breaking out the maternity clothes! My regular pants are all too tight, and my bigger girls jeans have been ok this week, but I don't think they'll be ok for too much longer.
Gotta run, my son is home sick today (nasty flu...he threw up 10 times last evening...poor little guy). Take care and talk to you soon!
