Postby Onelove4444 » Wed May 02, 2012 6:27 am

My sister is donating he eggs to me for an IVF. I need to tell her what I need from her health wise. What are some health tips and no no's that i need to inform her on. This is a one time chance and I need her to know the expectations!

I would ask that she eats right, takes her vitamins and no smoking. Good Luck!!!

Just simple stuff. Eat as much vegetables and fruit as possible, and try to avoid smoking, alcohol, and limit the caffeine intake. Light excercise, but nothing too intense. Good luck to you. It is great that she is willing to do this for you!
