Stopped birth control no AF ??? Ghost anyone?

I will be doing FET transfer this month on the 28th. Today I went in for my blood test and ultra sound. The lining looked great! Thin wall measuring at 5, however when the nurse was going over my estrogen shots that I will be starting tonight, I told her that I wasn't bleeding. She asked the doctor if we needed to hold off the shots for tonight or go on as planed. He told her that he wanted to wait for my blood test results to come back to see when to start.

Here is my question. My doctor is out of town with his nursing staff, so I don't know if I should question if the blood test comes back with a good number weather to wait for the AF or does it matter at this stage?

Has anyone had this happen?

Last month before my IVF I was taken off BCP and I had like 2 days of really light spoting and they went with it as a cycle. They said my blood work and linning reflected I wouldn't have much of an AF so they were ok with it. I don't know if that helps any since I spoted and you havn't done anything.

No nothing......no spotting, no nothing? The nurse did call me back though and my blood test came back at 43.24 and it had to be below 70? The doctor has yet to review it and give me an answer weather I can start the shots tonight. It's killing me.

Thank you so much for your reply. It got me worried that the nurse looked at me funny when I said I didn't start my AF.

Just an up-date........I started my AF today!! Too happy. The doctor confirmed my numbers looked good and low, so I would start my AF any day and todays my day!!!
