Hi guys,

I've been using the nasal spray for the past 2 weeks and am about to start on the hard-core drugs. I've heard that they can really change your moods, like major pmt! I work on a helpdesk so I'm dreading that its going to affect my work.. maybe I'll start shouting/crying to customers  . Anyone have any advice or experience to share with me?

LOL, the unknown is a scary thing, however if you feel that things are getting too much just take a deep breath, get up and go for a walk - to the drinks machine, kitchen or toilet and take 5 minutes (i found that this was best as my work did not know i was having treatment!).

I found that i was fine at work as i had other things to think about and just unloaded on OH when i got home, bless him!

Best of Luck to ya!
I expecting the worst, but it was never really that bad. Actually because I thought it was going to be horrible, Iwas quite pleased that I was doing so well. Don't get me wrong, after the follies start to get big, you do get uncomfortable. Take it easy and move slow. Tylenol always helped me. When I felt better, my attitude was better. Everyone is different, but just take it one day at a time. Like Emma said, take a time out and it does wonders.
