The second cycle was initiated using fresh donor eggs while the first one had frozen eggs from an egg bank. I have heard that using fresh eggs increases the chance of conceiving more than frozen eggs. In any case, I have seen the difference firsthand in my two cycles. Talk to RE in this regard and all the best for your exciting journey ahead.
PCOS history too has a tendency to increase the risk of MC and just in case it has been overshadowed by my low-quality eggs so far I'm still at a higher risk even with DE+IVF.

We were devastated but decided to come back strongly and go for fresh donor egg IVF. An egg donor has already been chosen by us and now we are awaiting the routine processes to start. Can anybody who has been through a similar experience shed some more light on it. It would really be a big help for us.
