Hi Ladies,
I'm getting prepared to do a FET which will be our 4th attempt, 2 fresh IVF cycles, 1 FET. Everytime has been smooth sailing, I respond well to the meds, make a lot of eggs, get a fair # fertilized with ICSI, and then BFN. We started out with male factor diagnosed but it's looking like there's more to it. I'm getting tested for a variety of things before the FET like endometritis or a clotting disorder and will also be getting accupuncture.
I have to admit, it's really starting to get to me. I'm getting really discouraged, we've been TTC for about 7 years. After this latest BFN I was down for a few days, then started enjoying my life again. Now with the next round coming up, I feel like once again I'll have to give up things I enjoy like running, yoga, wine with dinner, and for what? Another BFN? It's so hard to stay hopeful and meanwhile my husband & I are just getting older.
I have a good life, but I just never expected to not have a house full of children. Now I'm losing hope that I'll even have one.
Anyway, I just had to vent tonight and I know that many of you out there can relate.
Thanks for listening,
