Yes, we had luck with IVF the first time. We had male factor issues [low count, low morphology, low motility etc]. However, that ended in a sad miscarriage at 4 months. We are going with IVF/ICSI for the first time now. In the process right now... retrieval is in 4-5 days. Really anxious & excited...
So it does work!! Good luck to you.

Is anyone on the same cycle as I am? I would really like to go through this with someone else. Comparing notes will be very helpful for both of us!! I am on birth control pills for 20 days and then the real meds start. I hope to be pregnant in a few weeks.

I am going to be starting my first IVF in a few months (after I can get through enough of my grad program so I won't have a baby in school). I am very interested in your progress and also am new and need friends!

Me: 25 Hubby: 27 testicular cancer, starting chemo, poor count, motility and morphology.

Hi,
I know it could get very expensive. One of things I was able to continue with IVF is ask the doctors if he has any donated medication. I also called different pharmacies to get different quote on the medication. I will include more explaination on my website. Also ask the doctor if he can give you any discount. It worked for me. Please visit my website to know more about the information.
Thanks,
kuny

Thanks Kunny but the problem is the ivf cost, not the meds since I got them covered by my insurance.
I tried asking for discount from my RE but all he did was 200 less!!
So still will cost me$ 4200.
Thanks and good luck to us,
Natasha.
