Oh my gosh! How exciting!!!!! This whole thing is such a roller coaster, huh? OK now I'm sending you STICKY VIBES!!!!!! I know what you mean, my AF is NEVER early, so that's really a good sign.

Well only 2 more complete days 'til Sunday, so plan something fun to do to keep your mind off it. I can't wait to find out :D

when will you test on Sunday, so I can know when to check the board? I'm in California (san diego...hence the SD) so I might be off your time zone a bit. Where are you?

I'm expecting AF on March 10th. I've been reading about IVF and I heard about having to take birth control, no fun. But let's not even talk about that until we find out it you have a little bean inside :D

Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi SD! It is totally a roller coster. Im having a hard time because ever since I saw the blood I really feel like this is it. Before that I was totally convinced we'd be doing ivf soon. Im just sooo scared of being disapointed again. I guess we all are really. Im trying not to freak out but inside I totally am. Dh is exactly the same he is trying not to show it but he's really excited.
Anyway Im in Virginia (would much rather be in San Diego, its beautiful there). So Im going to test first thing Sunday morning and I will post soon after.
How are you hanging in there this cycle, are you staying positive? I know its hard but try!Im praying af stays away for you!

I'm staying positive for you! As for me, I'm staying positive that all will work out. Unfortunately, my schedule and the universe's schedule seem to be out of sync.

I know you are scared to be disappointed, but it's impossible not to get get your hopes up now, so let's just ride it out!!! I'm excited too!! Are you having any pregnancy symptoms?

well, its probably late now where you are. I hope you are sleeping and not tossing and turning in anticipation for your morning test. I can't wait to hear the news, I'll try to wake up early to find out! You are having a blood test Monday too, right?

BOOOOOOOOOOO HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, down with BPN's!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry MK, I know its so disappointing. I would tell you that there is still hope and to hang onto hope for a couple more days (after all it is definitely possible that you were too early), but it sounds like we are very similar and that probably wouldn't be helpful to hear.

But the good news is if you aren't pregnant this month you get to head for IVF! Now many women without fertility problems might not think this is good news, but for us it is the land of opportunity!!! If not this month, it will be soon. Hang in. Thanks for posting even though you were disappointed, I woke up early to check your post.

Chatting with you has helped keep my mind off my 2ww. When is your next appt? Are you gonna test tomorrow just to check?

Yeah I will test tommorow. My next apt. with re is a week from tommorow to discuss ivf. I know what you mean about being excited about it. we will spend a fortune and I'll probably get fired but if we get a baby who cares. You dont have too much longer to wait. Are you feeling anything? I hope this is it for you!

Hope to hear good news tomorrow. I'll look forward to hearing about your appt too! mine is not 'til March 21st....long wait, ugh. I'm not feeling anything, once I totally felt pregnant I had myself really worked up. turned out i was not.

I don't have much hope this month, although i had a +OPK, i didn't have any CM changes (sorry for the detail) so I just am not convinced anything magical happened this month.

There's still hope for both of us though, keep hope alive! let me know about your tests there's still hope for a couple more days.

BTW, I'm worried about work and IVF too, it just doesn't seem possible. I've been reading a bunch about the IVF schedule to try to see when I am going to try. If I can do it before August, I might be able to swing it without too much trouble at work. If not, there's no way, I'll have to wait a long while.

I know what you mean. My dh gets mad at me because my biggest worry aout ivf is my job. I make him tell me all the time that we wont have to be in the poor house if I get fired because of it. I really dont think I will but my office manager can be a huge b%$&* about time off. Im a dental hygienist so its hard to find people who can cover for me in my area. So if she has to cancel patients because Im out shes not nice to say the least! What do you do? I bet you can get in and get it done before Aug. (of course Im hoping you dont need to!!) Thanks for thinking of me the past few days, its been a rough week and talking to you has helped :D

I'm in the health field too! I'm finishing my residency in Family Medicine and Psychiatry (don't worry I never shrink people outside of work)

I know exactly what you mean about having no leeway at work most people don't understand who have jobs outside of healthcare. If we don't show up the patient's don't get seen and then everyone is mad. Its just so frustrating! What annoys me more is the fact that everyone says not to worry about it, "it will work out." In my head, I know it will, but that's just not what I want to hear!

I just want some part of this to work out ON MY TERM ON MY SCHEDULE!!!! Just something....it doesn't have to be when exactly I get pregnant or how many kids I can have, but it would be nice to know that if I have to undergo some invasive proceed I can AT LEAST have the poking and prodding done when I choose. Apparently, I ask to much....... sigh....(I feel so defeated)

I know AF is on her way because I feel so emotional. It seems like such a cruel joke on women to have the infamous 2ww during a time when we are already at the mercy of our hormones.

sorry for the complain, I'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear on such a tough day for you...... well, personally, when I'm down I'd rather hear someone complain than someone trying to make it all better. Its not okay sometimes, it will be for both of us in the longrun, but for now okay to be sad and morn for what feels like a loss each month that passes......

it's kind of ironic that I am going on like this on a success stories thread.... anyone who checks this out might not get the pick me up they're looking for! (oops!) Perhaps we should move and start one about waiting for our next RE appt.

Yeah, maybe we should start a new thread youre right people wont get what they bargained for with this one! Try not to worry too much that you dont feel anything, I dont think most people do. and if you find me someone that isnt emotional through all of this Id love to meet them!! I am totally the same about the whole scheduling of apppointments. Im such a control freak I hate the idea of being at the mercy of what is going on with my cycle! I want to say when I go in......But I guess that isnt going to get me pregnant!! Maybe this is good practice for when we have little ones and cant dictate much of schedule then either! Try and keep your hopes up for this cycle!! Not too much longer!

You are absolutely correct. Being out of control now will prepare us much better for parenting. Think of all the times that new mom's/dad's have to call in sick 'cause their kids are sick. Best get used to it now. I'll start a new thread tonight, called "limbo, come join us" we can invite anyone who wants to chat we'll we're in limbo until our next RE appts or 2ww. Sound good?
