Vanishing Twin/Triplet?

Postby Rosario » Mon Jul 13, 2009 10:06 pm

I am currently 9wks 2d pregnant with Triplets. I am having a set of identical twins and a singleton. Is there still a chance of a vanishing Twin/Triplet at this point in the pregnancy?

I was pregnant with twins in both my 1st and 6th IVF cycles and ended up with a single pregnancy each time. The first time I lost twin at about 9-10 weeks and this pregnancy I lost the twin at almost 11 weeks.

I was also pregnant with triplets a few years ago (set of identicals and singleton) I lost each baby in two week intervals until I lost the last one.

Every sit. is different and I am sure yours will be just fine. Best of luck
