Rio, hoping you have a wonderful ultrasound today. :)

Ryann, good luck with beta number 2!

I had more bleeding and cramping last night, and a horrible headache. I feel like I need to go see if all is well...but, I don't want to seem a like a pain to the RE. ugh.

Mellow - Please go call your RE right now and be seen! It is Friday and you want a happy weekend not a worrisome one. Please call him right away, you have every right to do so, that's why we pay them big bucks!!!!! Please hun!!!! Don't worry about bugging him, that's his job to make sure you and beans are ok!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know what happens. Big prayers your way!

Ryann - congrats again! I posted for you on the winter board also!

Dandme if you are able to I would definitely do the NT. They do a long US and ours with our son was so fun, he was doing backflips and putting on a show. The results of the NT scan are pretty good, it is the first BW that is very iffy, but important in case the baby has a defect incompatible with life. I am sure your bean is perfect and healthy in every way but it is fun to watch them!!! Thank you again for posting that US article about sizes at 33 to 36dpo, made me feel much better!

amanda - I love those pics so much!

gina - what is your EDD? Sorry about your SCH but glad you go get checked!

AFM Appt got pushed to 1:30 pm - no fair! I am of course nervous but excited, last time I also got the "cautiously optimistic" speech since 1 in 5 twins don't make it. I am praying that both beans are healthy, happy, kicking and perfect HBs!!!

Mellow - I absolutely agree with Rio and Ryann. That's why they get paid like they do, have NO SHAME in calling as much as you need. I'm hoping and praying it's just the SCH. Are you drinking lots of water? When I had nasty cramping with mine, I drank TONS of water, since dehydration can cause uterine contractions. Take it easy, which I'm sure you are, and know that we're all here for you.

One of the twins lost his heartbeat and he is not going to make it, he is in a weird position but the OB really tried and could not find it. The other one seems very healthy.
I am just so upset right now. I know having twins was going to be complicated and risky but I already was in love with him/her and I am devastated. We go in again on Thursday to make sure. One in five twins don't make it, I just never thought we would be the statistic. Also they say once you see a heartbeat and sac measuring over 12mm on day 33dpo that your chances of losing that baby are 8%, I didn't think we would be in the 8% either.
I thought I was going to see both babies big and healthy and I am happy for one baby but I can't get over our loss right now.
I am praying so hard that the one baby is healthy and we can meet him/her in 8 months!

Rio - I'm so sorry it looks like one of your twins isn't going to make it. It's completely understandable to grieve over the loss so you take your time getting through that pain. And your other baby seems like it's good and healthy so just keep sending lots of positive energy and love to him/her. Let us know how Thursday's appointment goes and sending you extra virtual (((HUGS))) today.

Rio - I'm so very sorry to hear the news about your baby. Is there any chance the equipment just couldn't see it??? Did they sound as if all hope is lost? Maybe get a second opinion from a different u/s tech ?? I'm holding out hope that it wasn't as it seemed, human or machine error perhaps. You and your DH will be in my prayers.

Oh Rio, I'm so sorry. Is the OB sure? I'm sure that it's got to be tough to celebrate one healthy baby while simultaneously mourning the other baby. We're all here for you... If you need to vent out some feelings, please do so. *hugs* I'm hoping for a positive report for you on Thursday.
