Question about Exercise in Early Pregnancy

I *finally* got my BFP on 5/9 after 5 cycles (4 fresh, 1 frozen) and would really like to start exercising again. I used to be a hard-core runner, but cut that down to 20 miles per week or less over the past year while doing all these treatments. While in an IVF cycle, the only exercise I do is walk...and now that I have my BFP, I'd like to start running again. But, I'm scared. I ran all through my son's pregnancy (he was an IVF baby as well), but I'm having a hard time getting started again because we had to work so hard for this pregnancy. Are any of you exercising? Running?
Me: 33 DH: 37, Low Morphology, DOR
IVF#1 2/08: BFP! 11/08 Healthy Baby
FET #1 5/10: BFN
IVF#2 8/10: BFN, 2 Day 5 blasts
IVF#3 11/10: BFN, 3 Day 5 blasts
IVF#4 2/11:BFN, 2 Day 5 blasts
IVF#5 4-5/11: BFP!!! 2 3-days (7 cell, 8 cell) 5/9=866, 5/11=1595

DC - congratulations!!!!! I am so excited for you! A lot of girls run/jog throughout, my OB is very conservative and only wanted walking or swimming and no high impact but I know other girls here have OBs with different opinions!

Am 21 weeks pregnant now.... I have a back pain from last 2 weeks.. can please suggest what type of exercises will help me...

Exercising is the best way to keep your body healthy and fit. It is the best natural medicine to make body healthy. Doing exercise in early pregnancy period will not harm to health ,it is very good to exercise ,it makes body active. Doing light exercise like walking ,Yoga are the best and are easy to do.
