Hi Bel,
I did fly with the twins and dp and it was very easy, much easier than expected, but it was a short flight, just about 3 hours and we both had a row of seats to ourselves so the babies could lie and sleep when tired. This really helped, I shudder to think what it will be like when the flight is full. Debra gave me very good advice beforehand - among others to be very obvious in trying to calm the babies if they cry. i must admit I never realised before that parents can do so little if the baby cries, I must have been annoyed too with flying criying babies. now I know better...
yes, week from hell, too much work and Alex fell from the bed last friday which made me realise my judgement is worse when i am so tired. he is ok but I must catch up on rest to be able to take proper care of them. two more days to go with lots of lectures and then I might have a breather...
love to you and Annie,

Fiona, I followed Gina Ford's advice as much as possible and woke Maya up for a 10.30pm feed for a long time until I felt confident she'd make it through. If this isn't too depressing, it's been patchy sleep for her entire 2 years. We'll have a good run and then bad - teeth, not eating enough, colds or just plain not sleeping well. I've tried (not always succeeded) to recognise that I can't impose my will on her. She's got an equally strong will and sometimes she wins! Touch wood, we're enjoying a long, good sleep stretch at the moment and it's soooooooooooooo good.

Good luck with Tilly...she'll get there eventually but maybe in her own way?
