Nuchal scan went well

Postby Becky28 » Tue Oct 07, 2003 10:05 am

Hi all,
Just wanted to share that my scan yesterday was brilliant - we got to listen to the baby's heart, and watch him/her for ages. We've got a laidback little one in there - refused to jump when the doctor poked me in the tummy, just yawned instead, then batted him away with one little arm!
My Downs risk has gone down from 1:720 to 1:2240 (I'm 29) and all is going as it should, so we couldn't be happier, and feel safe to tell the world. Just feel so so lucky.
Hope you're all well ad happy too, love Beck x
13 wks, 1 day
