Sounds like you both are doing well and on the right track!! It seems like such a long process doesn't it? then you have to deal with the 2ww which is the worst part.

what not hopeless said is about how it is. I had two follies (one each side) that were in the 20's. At my last iui my doctor scanned my overy's to see if the follie had ruptured, meaning that there was a egg in there. She could only see one overy but said that the follie had ruptured. Once you trigger then your body will ovulate. I think thats why they have the 12-24 window frame to do it in. The sperm can live inside you for that long. Goss isn't it amazing that any women get pregnant at all when your body is only fertile for such a small time?
