Everyone here is so supportive and caring. I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers and words of wisdom.

I know how difficult this road can be to travel. We are not alone--we have each other and comfort. It's difficult at times, but time does seem to ease the want a little bit.

Anyway, I will continue to pray for everyone that their prayers will be answered!

Happy 4th of July!!!

Sonu- so glad to hear from you. the 8th will be here before you know it. I cannot believe how strong you are....not POAS early. I pray that God will grant you your little one with this try.
I thank you for keeping me in your prayers. It amazes me the strenght that so many of you have. Meaning not giving up on God. I must say that I am still very mad at Him. I do not understand why he does this to us. I look at my sister who is a horrible mother and she just has to think about sex and she is pregnant. She doesn't even like kids. So I wonder why God would allow her to get pregnant, but not me.
I praise God for giving me my dd, however, why won't he give her a sibling?
I have started looking into adopting. It is just a lot of money, and most of it is upfront. We just can't afford to do that on 2 teachers salaries.
Anyhow....I feel I am rambling.....
Sonu, and everyone else...I will continue to keep you guys in my prayers. May God bless each and every one of you with a little one.

Hey All

Just when I thought God was turning his back towards me, he again gave me a reason for smile and hope. My beta came positive today, though not as high as one would expect. It was 84.

So, I will continue to need your prayers. I have read many success stories with beta less than 100.

Thinking about you all and thanks for keeping me and my little beanie in your prayers.

Thanks for thinking about me, Carolyn.

Though my clinic doesn't go for second beta, but since mine was low, they have asked me to come again on Thursday. Keeping everything crossed ...it should double by then.

hugs..

Dear Sonu,

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

You keep up that PMA. That beta sounds good. There have been women with much lower betas than that and gone on to have successful pregnancies.

At this stage, all you can do is be optimistic and beleive that the beanie is here to stay. Don't worry about what hasn't happened and focus on the positives. I know its difficult not to worry, but you can do it. Make sure you talk to your little one.

Will keep everything crossed for your next beta. :D

Thanks Angel
I have no choice but to keep up my PMA. This has to work and my beanie has to be a little fighter.

I know God will not leave me disheartened this time. Just that HE is making sure I don't forget HIM. :)

Sonu= CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so excited for you. God really is awesome.
Just so you know, when I got my BFP with my dd (4 years ago), my first beta was only a 17. So your 85 sounds GREAT!!!!

Sonu- It was 14dp3dt...and to be honest I knew nothing about IVF, so the low number never worried me. BFP, was BFP!!! We did have several scares throughout the pregnancy, as I started bleeding at like week 6 and bled until the day dd was born.....and yes it was always bright red and a lot. So much for no AF during pregnancy. On the bright side I did get a beautiful, wonderful, perfect daughter.
Enjoy the next 81/2 months and don't worry about anything

Thanks Carolyn and all the others for the wishes.

Thankfully the numbers rose up to 186.

Heather - Quite an eventful pregnancy you had!! But what a feeling it would have been to hold your DD first time in your arms. I am longing to have that feeling, I hope it will happen after approx 8 months.

I have befriended almost all the staff of my clinic. When I went for the blood test in the morning, I told the person who usually collects the sample, that give me a good report, knowing that nothing is in his hands. But what he told me touched me to the deepest of the core of my heart. He said, don't worry, now all the reports will be fine, you've had your share of miseries and bad times. God bless him and AMEN!!!
