Easy way to lose weight follow the instruction below:

Diets that cut out entire groups of food, such as carbs or fat, are simply impractical, not to mention unhealthy. The key is moderation.

Diets that severely cut calories, restrict certain foods, or rely on ready-made meals might work in the short term but don’t include a plan for maintaining your weight, so the pounds quickly come back.

When you drastically restrict your food intake, your metabolism will temporarily slow down. Once you start eating normally, you’ll gain weight until your metabolism bounces back.

Special shakes, meals, and programs are not only expensive, but they aren’t practical for long-term weight loss.

When diets make you feel deprived, it’s easy to fall off the wagon. Healthy eating is about the big picture. An occasional splurge won’t kill your efforts.

If the food served isn’t on your specific diet plan, what can you do?

So nice post! Well dear, if you want to look young and smart then homemade Green drink is the best way for you. If you take it regularly then it’ll work magically. You know it improves the immunity system too!!

Yes agree with wayne green drink is good to loose weight but control your diet also and make your habit to jog everyday approx 1 km.

Include these foods in your list :

i) Fresh fruit (no fruit juices)

ii) Fresh vegetables (avoid drinks with vegetable concentrates)

iii) Low glycemic carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread etc)

iv) Organic meats (mostly white)

v) Low fat dairy alternatives.

Start :

i) Chew foods for longer and pause for a couple of seconds between bites

ii) Eat 5 or 6 small meals during the day rather than 2 or 3 large ones

iii) Drink 8 glasses of hot water a day.

Avoid :

i) High fat dairy products

ii) Cold Water

iii) High glycemic carbs e.g Processed carbs like white bread, white rice etc

iv) Food which containing sugar because sugar has more fat.

First thing first, in order to lose motivation. Motivation is the key behind achieving any objective whether it't identified with studies, business, relationship or relationship or health. If you’re motivated enough and focused on achieving your weight reduction objective then only you can witness success.
