Green tea is from one of the best health drinks basically it is oriented form china and they was the first who was knowing about the health benefit of green tea form ancient periods, research on green tea is going form decades and it has been found that green tea has got lots of health benefits.

Here are some of the health benefits of green tea.

1) Green tea helps to burn fats which plays an important role in weight loss.
2) Green tea helps to lower down the cholesterol level of the body.
3) Green tea improves the cardiovascular health of the individual.
4) Green tea can prevent you from heart disease and other health problem.
5) Green tea is high in antioxidant which helps to prevent from cancer and cancerous cells.

Green tea is very important to boosts metabolism. It is very to gain weight but you will proper diet. No any things will give you perfect body without exercise and proper diet. Do some yoga and cardio exercise with this drink habit. It is very good to burn lots of calories.

After reading this thread about the green tea I realize that green tea is how much effective for the

I read that the green tea is as stimulating as coffee...and true, if I drink it in the evening I have problems with falling asleep.
