I'm not surprised that you didn't find anything about not spending too much time in front of a pc on here, cos how would we communicate with each other!! Seriously though, thanks for that warning. It's really important for me as I tend to just live in my little office staring at a screen.
DH, who takes regular breaks and goes for walks, despairs of me, when he sees me hour after hour barely moving.
Does this apply just to the
2ww or should I be cutting down my pc use now as well (I'm at the downregging stage, start stimming next week)?
