Oh Dear - HcG levels didn't double!

Acck, how worried should I be?
Monday's Beta Test came back at 80; today's (Wednesday) came back only at 123. Nurse said not to worry yet - going back Friday for another test. Easy for her to say.

Oh dear, this is scary!!

Thanks Sandra!

I can't believe how freaked out I feel right now. Just trying to stay calm while at work.

Susan

I am sorry I don't know what to say to reassure you, except if your really stressed at work take a couple of days off until you know what's happening.
Good luck for friday.
Thinking of you...

Susan, if it's any consolation, the last person to post a message like this later posted that her next test revealed a HUGE increase in levels and all was fine.

Good luck
Debra.

Debra,
Thank you so much!! That's exactly what I needed to hear.
I'm feeling all crampy today but just hoping that it's because everything is growing quickly and healthy!
Oh, you made my morning!!

glad to help Susan!

I had crampy type feelings all through my last 2ww and beyond, for weeks and weeks. The thing is, we connect pain or discomfort, cramps etc. with AF because that's all we've had experience of, but they're also associated with being pg, the uterus starting to limber up, the ovaries still shrinking and repairs from the EC continuing. It can all be positive!

Good luck with that next test,
Debra.

Only 8 hours until I know the results of the third test.
Fingers, toes, and heartstrings are crossed.

The wait is over.
Doctor finally called (hours later than they said she would)

All's well. HcG rose to 242. First ultrasound a week from Monday.

I can't tell you all how much I appreciate your support!!!

Many Thanks,
Susan

Thanks Debra.
What a roller coaster this is!
I must say that yesterday, waiting for the doctor to call was the worst of all since we started. Because now it feels like this could really happen.
How are you doing?
