Hi Ladies...
it's a little bit since I have checked in. I was wondering if anyone is sticking to any sort of "diet" or just avoiding certain foods? My RE said not to worry and I could eat what I wanted. I am usually drawn to the "healthy" foods anyway, but will certainly have a tasty treat

and with the holidays...well you know

I didn't know if anyone has heard otherwise or of anything specific to stay away from that might help with our chances. Good Luck!!!!

Hello!
My naturopath doctor (whom I started to see right before I started this third **successful!**cycle) advised me to have a high protein diet the day before, the day of, and day after transfer. Also to keep my self REALLY hydrated the day before, of, and after transfer. Stay away from coffee, and keep my tommy warm (particularly towards the top of my uterus) with a warm water bottle BEFORE transfer (after transfer I just kept it warm with blankets...my own decision). She said that the warmth stimulates blood circulation towards that area and the embies would be "attracted" to that area and more likely to stick. I really think that following her advise made a difference this time. Lots of protein and water!!!!
Best wishes!
