There are some tips for you:
Eat high protein breakfast.
Eat vegetables and Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
Drink water a half hour before meals.
Eat your food slowly.
Get a good night’s sleep, every night.

Eat soluble fiber.
Drink coffee or tea.
Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.
Eat your food slowly.
Use smaller plates.
Get a good night’s sleep, every night.

It is very important to have balance diet and regular exercise to maintain stable weight. Unhealthy habit leads to different problem like impotence in men. Though there are online generic levitra medicine that works really well on men to overcome erection problem.
