I had a 2 day transfer during a fresh cycle. We had 3 embryos - 4-cell, 5-cell, and 7-cell - and ended up with a singleton pregnancy. I'm currently 10w2d pregnant and 2 previous u/s at 6 and 8 weeks looked great.

Congratulations! That's a great beta. Remember, the beta range at 4 weeks is 5-426 and at 5 weeks, it's 18-7340. Like you, I tested 14 days post ER and my 1st beta was only 66. I'm now 8w4d pregnant. My 2nd beta today was 316. The RE nurse said it's within the expected range, so they're going to recheck a 3rd beta on Wed (7/9), then schedule me for the U/S next week.

I had my beta yesterday and it was a BFP! However, I'm cautiously optimistic because it was only 66. RE seems very happy, though. We will repeat a second on the 7th because of the holiday weekend.

I haven't had AF signs yet, but didn't know if that was because of the progesterone supplement.
